Spending time away from a loved one with a disability is not easy, but it is possible to do so safely and with peace of mind. Two community-based homes provide residential respite for people with developmental disabilities and their families. The professional staff at each home are trained in positive behavioral supports and behavior management strategies and are certified in medication administration, CPR, G-tube feedings and insulin administration.
