We are dedicated to helping people we support find competitively paid community based employment opportunities. It is the goal of Supported Employment to assist these individuals in becoming an integral part of the workforce within the communities in which they live.

Services include a thorough screening process that will help our highly skilled Employment Training Specialists find an employment opportunity that best fits that individual’s skills and interests as well as one on one training to ensure that individual is capable of both meeting and exceeding the expectations of any potential employer. Our aim is for any individual receiving Supported Employment Service to be able to perform their assigned work as independently as possible with minimal supervision. Our Employment Training Specialists will work to ensure that any and all reasonable accommodations are made in order to ensure the success of those receiving supports through our department.
